Your custom photo keepsake will be handcrafted and generally
completed within one week...
exceptions to this will be stated upon receipt of your order.
A photo will be emailed for approval before sending out your custom
item, ensuring that your order is exactly how you would like it to be.
Any and all changes will be made at this time and a revised, updated photo
will be promptly emailed for your approval.

We use USPS 2nd Day Priority Mail to ship all our products.
There is a 2-3 day shipping time, which may be extended during Federal
holidays. Larger French Memo Boards are shipped via DHL Ground
which has a 3-5 day shipping time. If you have your own UPS or FedEx
shipping account, we are more than happy to eliminate any shipping
charges incurred by us and simply send your package through the
carrier of choice, charging applicable charges to your account.
Be sure to notify us of this when you send in your order.
Any tracking/waybill numbers will be emailed to your as soon as they
are received so that you will be able to track your package en route.

Orders are filled and shipped on a daily basis - if you need to have
your order expedited, do not hesitate to let us know and we will do
all we can to accommodate your needs.
