My name is Christine, and I am the owner of Albums in the Attic.
I am a stay at home Mom of 2 beautiful boys, and am happily married to my high school sweetheart!  We live in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in South Carolina.  My sister is currently in the Air Force, stationed in Germany.  She has had one tour in Iraq and will most likely be back within the year.  Please keep her safety and that of our entire military in your thoughts and prayers!

I got started making albums years ago.  My first album was actually the guest book for my wedding!  I wanted something more personal than what I could find in stores.  I remembered making picture frames in my high school home-ec class, so I used a little of what I remembered to make my guest book!

My husband's grandmother made an album for our first son, and it is so adorable!  She passed away shortly before our second son was born, but not before buying the materials to make his album.  It was something that I just had to do, so I made his album using the materials that she chose.  It turned out so nice, I started making albums as gifts for family and friends.  After people started asking me to make an album for THEM to give as gifts, and telling me that I should be selling them, I decided to give it  a try.  After craft shows and working with local gift shoppes, I decided that the internet was the next logical step!  Here we are, in the next phase of our growth, and loving every minute of it!
